Meet the Evi dress. Trimmed with center front buttons. Tailored for a slim fit and belted for added definition.  The front hem  upside down "V" cut out allows for easy movement and an eye catching detail.  Make it in denim for a casual everyday dress or a wool/wool crepe to add a little more sophistication.  The Evi will also work well in a thicker cotton twill or linen.  The dress is unlined.  You'll reach for this dress year round. 

Model is 5'8 and is wearing size 8.

FABRIC SUGGESTIONS: This dress has both bust and bodice darts so go with a fabric that will mold to your curves.  Choose wovens, or heavy knits like Pointe with no more than 2% stretch.  A spongey denim with stretch or even scuba knits.  If you go with a stretchier knit you may need to size down.  Wools and wool crepes will mold beautifully.  Cottons and linens will work nicely too.
