FAQ about PDF Patterns

SO, HOW DOES A DIGITAL PATTERN WORK?

 Your PDF patterns are instantly downloadable as soon as you complete the checkout process. The pattern is printable on Letter or A4 format paper. The pattern pieces will need to be assembled in tiles. A guide is provided on how to assemble the pattern. The pattern also comes with LAYERS, meaning you can choose the size you want and print just that.

 

WHY DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

 It’s the only way to access your downloadable patterns. Your information is kept private and will never be shared. It will only be used if we need to contact you regarding your order.

 

 I PRINTED THE PATTERN TEST SQUARE AND IT”S NOT THE RIGHT SIZE, HOW CAN I FIX IT?

 When you print, make sure you have the printer settings set to ‘Actual Size’ or 'Print at 100%' and not ‘Fit to page’ or 'Shrink to fit.'  Also, ideally, make sure you’re using Acrobat Reader to print your PDF files.  WHAT IF I ACCIDENTLY DELETE MY FILES?

 If you’ve lost your files or download link please send us an email to hello@freshpresspatterns.com containing your original proof of purchase or order number. We’ll do our best to get a new link sent to you. Please note that if you’ve exceeded your 3 downloads per pattern we will not be able to resend your pattern.

 

 

 CAN I SELL MY GARMENTS THAT I’VE MADE USING FRESH PRESS PATTERNS?

 Nope. These patterns are for your personal enjoyment and any reproduction in part or in whole is strictly prohibited.
